We set out to "materialize" what is "ideal" for women who started off living at a disadvantage.
We had always been proud of predominantly employig women in our orchards and plants. However, when we realized that some of the women in the vicinity were not able to work outside of their homes, we rolled up our sleeves to develop a project that would reach them.
The road to making and implementing decisions essentially goes through education and economic freedom.
In our word, every women deserves leading an equal and a free life without facing discrimination.
Is a project of Alanar Fruit, a subsidiary of Tekfen Agri, to support the Employment of Women,
